Our workshop supports everyday cyclists, families, and leisure riders who need dependable servicing for regular use. We begin with a mechanical inspection, then explain what needs attention before any work moves ahead.

Services include safety inspections, standard tune-ups, brake adjustment and component service, gear and drivetrain service, and puncture and tyre repair. Replacement parts are quoted separately, and compatibility is checked before anything is ordered.

Cycle Haven handles routine bicycle care with a straightforward process from inspection to collection.

For many bicycles, the usual turnaround is two to four business days after inspection, depending on the work required and parts availability. Additional work is only carried out after approval, so the scope stays clear throughout the job.

After the repair and adjustment stage, each bicycle goes through a quality check. We then provide a written service summary so you can see what was completed and what may need attention later.
